{DIY} Solar Light Chandelier

What you will need:

  • Chandelier
  • Wire Cutter
  • E6000 {Glue}
  • Solar Lights

*You will need as many solar lights as bulbs your chandelier holds. So if you have 6 arms on your chandelier you will need 6 solar lights. I purchased my at The Dollar Tree.

First make sure before you put your solar lights onto the chandelier to paint the chandelier of your choice of color {or in my case I just left the color of my chandelier}. I recommend using spray paint due to it being easier to get into every nook and cranny.

Next take your chandelier and with the wire cutters and cut as low as you can the wire {guts were the bulbs are supposed to be placed} as seen below.

Then take the stems off of the solar lights {they just pop right off by pulling}.

Then you take the E6000 and put it all over the bottom of the head of the solar light. I put the glue inside and outside of the bottom of the solar light.

Then you place it in the socket of the chandelier. Give it a couple hours before placing your chandelier outside in order for the glue to dry. And you are done! So easy and so dang cute!
